  1. Usage: SET BEEP_ON_MSG [ALL|NONE|[-]<level> [-] <level> ...]
  2.   This variable lets you specify certain types of messages
  3.   which will cause an audible beep when you receive one.
  4.   The possible message levels are:
  5.     PUBLIC          Channel conversation only
  6.     MSG             MSGs only
  7.     NOTICE          NOTICEs only
  8.     WALL            WALLs only
  9.     WALLOP          WALLOPs only
  10.     NOTE            NOTE only
  11.     CRAP            Is not used.
